We had a problem with our curtains pull-cord. I have called Bend Window Treats, scheduled an appointment and Mr. Todd Robles came, took a look at all of the problems we had. Took down the curtains and brought them back, on the same day. I am very pleased with Todd's professional approach and results.
Pleasant experience from time of order to installation of the window coverings for my new home. Heidi worked with me to pick out the best window blinds and patio sliding door treatments for my budget. Installation with Todd went well. I have had many compliments. I would highly recommend Bend Window Treats for their great service and products.
This is a wonderful family owned business. I recently had some custom curtains made by Heidi, owner. She personally came and measured, explained in detail how the material would hang and gave me a great visual of how it would end up before having to commit to the project. Her husband, Todd, came to my place of business and personally mounted the rod. These are good people, providing great service right here in Mid Town Bend.
