I got a hostile vibe from the guy with long hair. Furniture was lower quality than I normally buy. Even though store is "going out of business" and everything is "on final sale" prices were as high or higher than same products I researched for sale elsewhere. Owner was chipper and gregarious, but this store is not for me.

We had an issue come up with a piece of furniture we had purchased almost 4 years ago, and Jordan and his team totally took care of the issue. Incredible customer care and service!
