Larissa Spafford is an excellent dietitian because she does a great job of effectively listening and subsequently providing feedback, while providing lots of specific reccomendations. It is obvious that she enjoys her work and is very knowledgeable. I strongly recommend Bend Nutritional Therapy if you are seeking to address your dietary concerns and or related stomach issues.
Larissa's nutritional advice and coaching has given me a renewed vitality which has improved the quality of my life. I feel younger and full of vim and vigor. Also, I had orthopedic surgery in April and her consultation helped me prepare my body before surgery and lead to my speedy and complete recovery. I followed Larissa's advice to the letter and even my surgeon was impressed that I was able to bounce back in such a short time. I am so grateful for her kindness, patience and expertise.
