I have been to so many physios and never has this been the case that we wouldn't pay more than the bulk-billable amount! But in the group classes, I think it is mostly covered by Medicare? Service & professionalism is great but i find them deceitful. I emailed prior about my medicare coverage & etc. But after numerous emails "bulk Billing" was never mentioned. So they were quick to answer & book me in not telling me that i would have to pay an additional fee as im not 100% covered. On arrival i was told after filling in my info that my Debit card will be needed for storage/records. Instead of taking my card at the start & telling me the real reason why it was needed i wouldn't have gone ahead. But reception in... read more
