I’ve been seeing Fiona and Kellie at Bend + Mend for years and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Extremely knowledgeable and professional and caring.
I go to Bend + Mend 2 to 3 times a week for Pilates and have it found very good. I have been going to B+M for over 20 years and they keep me in tip top shape! Kelly is fantastic for my pilates classes - always changing exercises to keep things interesting, and my body in shape. My (infrequent!) injuries have been handled professionally by the physios at B+M. Highly recommended!
