Things went well when I first started going here, she seemed very attentive and knowledgeable at my first appointment. The first bad experience was when I showed up for my appointment and I had to wait for over 20min just for her to come in the room and tell me that she tried to call me to change the appointment, but I didn’t answer… she almost made it seem it was my fault.
