Battery heater from Bend Battery did not turn off as promised by the owner. Fried a brand new lithium ion phosphate battery. Refused to replace the battery.

Our experience with Bend Battery just couldn't have been better. They installed lithium batteries for us along with a WeBoost device and a 2nd alternator. They have stood by their work every step of the way. We live out of state so were a little bit nervous about having such an expensive project done so far away, but Bend Battery hand-held us both during the implementation and whenever we needed help with settings and performance after-the-fact.
