I bought two teak rockers about 20 yrs ago they’re still going strong great product and great price.
After two positive experiences, I have had the worst experience. I placed a small order May 1st, never had communication from them. Called in early June, told "mid-June" started to call in mid-July only to find that their phone numbers only work intermittently. They also do not answer messages through their web page. In the times I have gotten through, I've heard "soon", "the boss is on vacation and I don't know how to use the software", "we know our phones don't work", and "we can't find your order, but your item is in stoc... read more
I have ordered two benches over two months ago and can't reach anyone on the phone or email. Canceled my order.
