Went to pick up a load but they were expecting a BOL from broker. Made me wait for an hour till they got it and loaded me up. I wish they would have completed their homework before I showed up. This would have saved my time. Also to get there is complicated. Small zigzag road going down the hill and then coming up the hill while loaded. Would not go back there again.
