Purchased the 51012 humidified pizza/pretzel warmer new from Webstaurant. New out of the box we discovered that the pull handles were barely hanging on due to a poor welding job. This was the case on both doors. So now we cannot use until either Webstaurant or Benchmark can satisfactorly provide a fix.
Purchaser told me that they only buy from Asia. What a joke of a name. Don't buy from this company.
Had a warranty issue, but it worked out favorably in the end.
