I watched them remove my front plate while towing me and then when I went to pick my car up they told me my car never had a front plate…. I’ve never ever taken my plates off once in my life. Also, I WATCHED THEM DO IT!
If it was possible to do negative stars I would. This place is extremely unreliable and unprofessional. You have to book an appointment online to get your property back, and even then, it can take weeks. They call from blocked and unknown numbers and if you miss a call, they will cancel your appointment. Literally from missing one call. They keep the address private until you are allowed to pick up.
