Been trying to contact Bobby/Benchmark on behalf of a mutual client of ours because I see his name and info on her Closing Disclosure, to help her with an FHA streamline for almost two weeks, and his completely inept secretary either tells me they don’t have the document (which is a violation of RESPA), hasn’t even bothered to look, or my calls to his direct line are immediately sent to voicemail after a ring or two, not like it’s off.
