I had my most recent experience at Bench Mark on 3/24/25 and it was not the best, to the say the least it was very unfortunate. As a person who works in the medical field dedicating myself to patient care I was very disappointed with how I was handled, especially after being seen there before. I was told I needed a updated referral regarding my condition which my PCP wanted me to continue my care by providing the referral with the request written for dry needling, which has been done in the past with Bench Mark. Will, Ian & Laren are the best.
I can’t say enough about Will! I have been to over 3 other physical therapists for previous rehab and no one is comparable to Will. His expertise, knowledge and additional certifications has been a game changer. I’ve had chiropractic care, acupuncture and rehab with using Will. He is my go to guy and I will only go see him. He genuinely cares and it shows in the energy he brings every-time I visit!
