I learned something useful there, and the staff helped and trained me to fell better and get better. Ms. Kayla is good to go. Nothing negative to say, only positive experience.
The staff at BenchMark. Are friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. It’s easy to see they all like and care about what they do. As well as the importance of mobility that is needed. For the individual person that they all care for. This is why I gave them 5 stars.
Beware of billing. $500 for one hour appointment is completely unacceptable. After providing my insurance I was told it would be $100 per visit. Even though that was extremely high to pay to get physical therapy for 1 hour by a therapist that had to consistently treat 2 patients at once, I went and paid it because the therapist was helpful in teaching me how to reduce my pain. But then I canceled and didn't go for a week and I guess they finally filed all my months of claims to insurance and I get a bill for almost $1,000. L... read more
I have been married to a PT for many years, but this was my first real experience being an actual weekly, post-operative patient, and I can tell you, I'm a HUGE fan of PT. Benchmark, and their team of both PT's, and PTA's really took excellent care of me and my knee. Will there be pain, yes, absolutely, but you will never get to the other side of pain without working your way through it. I completed my physical therapy for a knee replacement today. I did pre-and post physical therapy with benchmark. I gotta say, the personnel are top notch. They know their job, they don't let you slack off, but they are very competent and caring in how they get you to achieve your goal. If I had to do physical therapy again, the only place that I would go is Benchmark. So thanks to Lisa, Ben, Danielle, Steve, Destiny and Katie. They all are the best!
