I was recommended Benchmark by a friend who had a great experience with them, and I cannot say enough good things about them! I had an old ankle injury that I ignored for over two years, and finally went to pt when it got too bad. Kayla at the front desk was so friendly and helpful getting me set up, and Betsy was an absolute lifesaver! This is absolutely the BEST PT experience ever. I had hip replacement surgery in April of 2024 (my second hip replacement in 2 years) and my recovery was very difficult this time. After going to 3 different surgeon prescribed Physical Therapists I asked my Primary Care physician for help. She referred me in August to Betsy at Benchmark PT in Crestwood. Wow! I’ve been seeing Nicki and Betsy off and on for awhile now. I’ve had several needs including chronic arthritis, fibro and a damaged ankle. They are currently helping me heal a rotator cuff tear. Both are so caring, fun and friendly. I appreciate feeling the care and like we’ve always known one another. It makes the drudgery of PT tolerable. And Kayla is included! She is a huge help with scheduling and insurance! Thanks ladies.
