I have had only excellent experiences here. I wasn’t skeptical per se of physical therapy but I was surprised at how well-targeted the exercises were towards my sprained ankle to rehab it back to health. Great staff, clean facility ~10/10!
Taylor and Kristen were phenomenal for my recovery after knee replacement surgery. Thanks to them I completed my therapy early and recovered quickly. Great folks!

I just completed 12 weeks of therapy with Taylor and Bailey for rotator cuff surgery. Both were so helpful to get me back to using my arm and shoulder. Angela was always helpful and kind. I had a great experience and would recommend Benchmark for physical therapy.
