I participated in physical therapy for 3 months here, specifically at the Skylark Drive location in Charleston. Dr. Candace Phillips was excellent. Always upbeat and seems to really care and wants to connect with her patients. I experienced several floating PTs who rotated through from other locations and all were very nice. Facilities are clean and equipment is regularly maintained. Stacy at the front desk is always cheerful and efficient at her job. I highly recommend this location for their care and dedication.
Always seem to have the right answer to any question my wife and I have about my wife's condition. Always treats us with kindness and passion.
Candace provided excellent service and care duringy time in therapy. I also received great care and service from Molly, Cady, Jordan and Stacey.
Candace and her crew are fantastic - after two months of intensive PT for my back I have more flexibility than I have in a decade. They know just the right amount of pushing you to achieve results. Wonderful!
