Expect a light-hearted demeanor but serious work when you have an appointment with Hans. He is down to earth, but passionate about getting you back to a healthy place. I’ve had physical therapy before but I don’t recall checking for progress with each visit. This is an expectation at Benchmark. I was taken aback by the quality of service I received from Hans Rice (Physical Therapist) during my time in his office. He not only worked with me during my sessions, but he also consistently sent brochures detailing exercises I could do at home in between sessions that made all the difference.
