I waited a month and a half after my doctor’s prescription was sent to Benchmark, Hilton Head for an appointment. They misplaced the script. I went down to try and get an appointment and was told they’re shutting down the shop. What a mess, got to scramble for another PT place almost 3 months after the prescription was sent to them. Good riddance!
I think the therapy and service I received from Benchmark was top notch and could not have been any better! Gisele at the desk was friendly and professional and Chandler was very knowledgeable and was amazingly helpful and supportive in my psychical therapy.

I really enjoyed my PT experience working Mike Kennedy during the last 21/2 months. My hip & knee problems had been extremely painful, had restricted me from the most important functions in life--walking. I love the excersizes & will continue them to strengthen my problem areas. Mike's knowledge & expertise in physical therapy has helped me more than I can express. Thanks Mike & your great team.
Meghan and all of the staff are awesome at Benchmark-always listening to my request and helping me through my therapy. They are very patient.
