Hello, I believe I may have been mischarged on my bill, however when trying to reach customer service I am being told I cannot actually speak with a representative because my injuries were the result of a car crash. This is understandably very frustrating. Until there is some remedy that addresses the need for in-person customer support, I can't in good faith recommend this facility.
I feel well-challenged while still being cared for with my limits, and they provide exceptional customer service and care :) Thank you all for your hard work!
Being an independent active doer I had the mentality get back to it and grind. "Quickly" Benchmark has taught me to slow down and take time for myself and to heal. Listen to your body, which I have never done. I had a complete reconstruction on my right shoulder with a 6 month return to work date. The staff has ignored my stubbornness and helped me tremendously gain mobility and strength. I now go in with my concerns and we address them. Let them help you.
Darin and Jordan are great to work with , i would recommend them highly to anyone who needs rehab.
Darin is awesome. The exercises he recommended were phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend.
