What a wonderful team! Professional staff, clean facility and so thankful they work with my schedule.
If you are paying out of pocket, please beware: My two visits to the facility totaled over $1000. They charged me hundreds of dollars for therapeutic and kinetic exercises which were largely performed alone while the PT and his assistant worked on their computers. Darin is a kind man but beyond the initial assessment and practice plan, which took maybe 1/3rd of the first visit, I don't feel this cost reflected the value of the services rendered. Hello, I believe I may have been mischarged on my bill, however when trying to reach customer service I am being told I cannot actually speak with a representative because my injuries were the result of a car crash. This is understandably very frustrating. Until there is some remedy that addresses the need for in-person customer support, I can't in good faith recommend this facility.
I feel well-challenged while still being cared for with my limits, and they provide exceptional customer service and care :) Thank you all for your hard work!
Being an independent active doer I had the mentality get back to it and grind. "Quickly" Benchmark has taught me to slow down and take time for myself and to heal. Listen to your body, which I have never done. I had a complete reconstruction on my right shoulder with a 6 month return to work date. The staff has ignored my stubbornness and helped me tremendously gain mobility and strength. I now go in with my concerns and we address them. Let them help you.
