Being an independent active doer I had the mentality get back to it and grind. "Quickly" Benchmark has taught me to slow down and take time for myself and to heal. Listen to your body, which I have never done. I had a complete reconstruction on my right shoulder with a 6 month return to work date. The staff has ignored my stubbornness and helped me tremendously gain mobility and strength. I now go in with my concerns and we address them. Let them help you.
Darin and Jordan are great to work with , i would recommend them highly to anyone who needs rehab.
Darin is awesome. The exercises he recommended were phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend.
My 13 year old son had a knee injury from a dirt bike accident. Physical therapy was recommended and we chose Benchmark. The exercises and treatments he received were very helpful in his recovery and he made huge progress during his time with Benchmark. Scheduling and availability was great and everyone was always nice and very professional.
