I had a rare case of vertigo about five weeks ago. I immediately started physical therapy to treat the symptoms. While it was difficult to regain my balance and to get rid of the vertigo, I rang the bell today signifying the end of my sessions. A grand thank you to my therapist Aaron Martin; I walked out feeling like myself, steady, balanced and no more spinning rooms. A really good experience! I had shoulder replacement surgery and will eventually have surgery on my other shoulder as well, so I'll be a patient there for a long time. I would definitely recommend Benchmark to anyone needing physical therapy. I actually enjoy going to my therapy appointments!
