Awesome therapist and clean facilities. Dilan really cares and makes rehab fun.
The therapist were great. But have been dealing with the billing insurance for months. They have not sent in the paperwork that the insurance requested. They refuse to call the insurance company and find out what they need to send them. I would highly suggest to stay away from this place unless you plan on not having insurance involved paying anything.
The staff at Benchmark in Burlington are phenomenal! They aren't crowded and give their patients their undivided attention. They truly care about making you feel better.
The entire staff are just lovely! Friendly, patient, kind; they make you feel so welcome there! The therapists are extremely professional and have excellent expertise . I highly recommend Benchmark Physical Therapy in Burlington! 🤩
