Very nice people that know how to help and are willing to help
I have been a patient of this location for many years and for the most part they were very good. However my latest experience was horrible and unprofessional. I have a hearing disability. When I do therapy I remove my hearing aids. I was having neck issues and I was directed to start off my session on the hand bike. The gears and noise was very close to my head, preventing me from hearing peoples voices. Ron and Tommy have been incredible in helping me understand what’s going on with my body, why certain things were hurting, and what healthy movement should actually feel like. This staff is incredible to say the least and the PT tech themselves are amazing. I had most of all my sessions with 1 specific PT trainer and that was Ron. I can not say enough things about Ron because if it wasn’t for him pushing me mentally I would not be where I finally am today with running and my knee. Ron is definitely not for the weak if he knows you are dedicated and determined.
