Having a great staff!
Very friendly and well put together place! The customer service staff is also very polite, i personally had Jillian who was very friendly and helped me with everything i needed.
They did not provide individual sessions when I went. The PT was typically working with 3 patients at the same time. This might be okay for some conditions, but not for back/ lumbar problems that require more ongoing assessment and specialized treatment.
Great place to find professional & skilled therapists who work hard to develop a treatment plan specifically for achieving the surgeon’s objectives as well as client’s personal goals for optimal healing and restoration to good health, strength & mobility.
Three months of PT @ Benchmark in Blue Ridge and I feel sooooo much better. A great staff who works closely with you to understand what your issues are and then design a program to fix them! Thank you Tommy, Ailly, Katie, Ron and Jacob!
