I went to Benchmark Physical Therapy in Lexington, NC and had a wonderful experience. I had a severe pinched nerve in my back. When I went I was using a walker to get around. As I worked with Beau and Jordan, I quickly progressed to a cane- but only for a short time. I am now walking much better and have regained most of my strength back in my leg and back. I highly recommend Benchmark. The staff is awesome and helped me so much.
