Kayleigh is the best Admin ever! Scheduler Extraordinaire … if that is not her title it should be!!! She will go above and beyond for you. One day I trusted Kayleigh would help me by printing my paperwork to get an Xray so I just showed up at PT without it when I had to go direct after. And, of course, she pulled through. Having someone you can depend makes PT so much better and easier.

Not only does Jobin James and his team get results; you will enjoy going. The atmosphere is fun … believe it or not you will feel like you are with friends at a party because the music is great! Or, maybe like me even with family because of the direction, care and support offered to heal from a traumatic surgery is there too.
I have bad anxiety going to new places but the people who work here are extremely welcoming and supportive and made me feel like I fit in right away
The team at Benchmark Physical Therapy in Gainesville are phenomenal. I have gone to them for three different issues and each time the results are fantastic. From the Admin to the technicians to the therapist, they each genuinely care about the client, are knowledgeable patient and attentive. If you need physical therapy, this is the only place you need to go five stars all the way!
