Eric Steed was a very empathetic and compassionate therapist! He did a terrific job on the recovery of a pretty severe injury to my ankle. I would highly recommend him for one’s therapy rehabilitation. The staff there was also very friendly and accommodating to my needs!
The therapists LISTENED to me. They used my feedback as well as the referral to plan my exercises. I was both challenged and encouraged as needed. Upon discharge I left with a list of exercises to continue in priority order.
I had been to Benchmark in Dawson and one in Dahlonega by Wal Mart. Neither was a good experience. Therapists were inattentive ,more interested in fooling around and acting silly than helping their clients. Long Branch Benchmark was much different. PT’s were attentive, always close-by.. They were:well organized, helpful, friendly caring and made me feel as if I was important. They were extremely. Supportive of my healing process
