Gene Hur is a fantastic physical therapist and he explained what he was doing and how it would help me every step of the way. I learned so much! The entire staff was friendly - Kathy at the front desk is so personable and they made me feel at ease and relaxed immediately. I highly recommend coming to this facility for your physical therapy needs.
I’m so grateful for the care I received from this clinic in Westfield. From the first phone call, Cathy understood my needs. Gene understood by problem, developed a treatment plan and guided me through it on every visit. He is amazing! Because of the care I received, my life is significantly better. Benchmark on Springmill in Westfield is excellent. Gene Hur is the best!! If you work hard and are consistent, the results are great. My acute ankle pain has almost disappeared. I highly recommend BenchMark if you need physical therapy. .
