Steven and receptionist was great and professional I must admit. However Courtney was definitely not ,she gets the one star. She was clueless,nonchalant and wasn't explaining nothing or even communicating what she was doing until I brought it to her attention. She wasn't focused on me all her attention was going to a gentleman that came in right behind me. I have been doing therapy 3 days a week for almost a month. I have to say the ladies who work here have been super sweet and super effective. I am moving better than I have in a long long time.

I haven't had the pleasure of meeting everyone there yet, but if they are anything like the receptionist, Ashlynn, I would be quite happy to do PT there! She absolutely sparkles and is so helpful with the confusing insurance issues.
