I used Benchmark about a year ago and was not impressed, for several reasons. Like others have mentioned, when you get to your appointment, you might have to share your therapist with other clients. My therapist was bouncing back and forth between me and someone else. They weren’t even watching me or checking on me. Just throwing exercises at me, one right after another. I just want to say, they have a great team of people, who are really nice, and take they're time and knowledge to help you get better. I couldn't have asked for any place better to. Thank you, all of you for helping me out..i appreciate it more than you know. And will refer you to everyone..
Always friendly. They always work hard at making your body work as well as it is going to work and show you ways to keep it working if you follow there workout programs.
