Disappointing experience: Hidden fees, ineffective care, and terrible customer service. I have absolutely loved my time at BenchMark Physical Therapy in Pike Road! I have always felt welcomed, heard, and cared for. I will honestly be a little sad when I'm finished, because I enjoy my sessions here so much!
