The team at this Benchmark location make me feel comfortable with the routines. I feel my body progressing and energized after my sessions. They have made positive adjustments as my body is going through changes. A special shout out to Cecelia, who has been working the closest to me.

There is no attention to detail from the two women that are working with you. Any question I've asked, they have to go ask the maim dude. They don't feel your body for progress or make sure that you are doing the exercises right. They show you one time and do not watch you the rest instead they watched the TV. They use tools to work on you instead of their hands. I asked them questions about when I should be doing them and how often and there is no direct answer.
