Personally customized rehabilitation, therapist provided high quality care.
I felt comfortable with the therapist plan and execution of my treatment. There was a good camaraderie between the PTs and PTSs. And it was a comfortable environment.
I could tell I found an experienced ASTYM therapist in Sam. I felt heard and he asked a lot of questions each session to make sure he was helping me in the best way possible. 10/10 place to heal
The referral was made from my doctor and I will take partial blame for not doing my part in checking about the copay but I did not. I show up and was asked to pay $100 copay. Caught me off guard but I did. Since it was my initial appt I was asked a lot of questions about my back pain etc. The gentleman assisting me throughout that hour kept talking to a female colleague, friendly banter, but the longer it went on, the more it made me uncomfortable.
