Jace takes the time to understand your needs and is very thorough and clear in explaining what treatment is needed…and he’s just an all a round nice person!
If I could give 10/5 stars I would. I started seeing Sam after tearing my Meniscus in September 2025. I explained my goals to return to high level rugby ASAP, and I feel like my care and plan were amazingly tailored to my needs. I have been to several PT‘s and by far Sam has been the most communicative and helpful. I really feel like he dealt with me in the most professional way. I feel Sam is very knowledgeable and excellent at what he does. Overall, the staff that Sam has hired, made it a great experience.
I've been going to this BenchMark location for a few months now seeking PT for back problems. Honestly, this place is the best. I've seen Chloe for every single one of my visits. She has a great attitude and her patience is never ending. I feel like Chloe is very much so on my care team: she wants to see me get better and it matters that I feel better. I like her attitude. This has been my first 12 session schedule of physical therapy sessions for my back and I was a bit hesitant initially to commit to the full schedule considering my insurance required a $50 copay for each session. About midway through I decided to hang in there for the whole program because Jace has been very good about answering my questions, explaining the therapy and encouraging me to keep going.
