There is no attention to detail from the two women that are working with you. Any question I've asked, they have to go ask the maim dude. They don't feel your body for progress or make sure that you are doing the exercises right. They show you one time and do not watch you the rest instead they watched the TV. They use tools to work on you instead of their hands. I asked them questions about when I should be doing them and how often and there is no direct answer. I did not love my experience with BenchMark. I have had PT elsewhere a few other times to recover from injuries, and always had a dedicated therapist who worked with me through my whole sessions and for the duration of my treatment. At BenchMark, I saw different people on different days. Sometimes assistants were responsible for putting me through exercises, while being directed by a therapist across the room. Personally customized rehabilitation, therapist provided high quality care.
I felt comfortable with the therapist plan and execution of my treatment. There was a good camaraderie between the PTs and PTSs. And it was a comfortable environment.
