Dirtiest place I’ve been to. You put your face into the massage table and all that you see is previous patients body hair and excretion. The balance balls have been cleaned in I don’t know how long. Canceled all my appointments!
No on ever replied to my messages though they claimed they would. I had to phone the main office to have someone connect me to the location in my area. I decided not to go there. Everyone sounded polite
I have used BenchMark for my back problems several times thru out the years. Ms. Haley was my therapist and was extra special in many ways. I was not the best patient for her due to my high expectations and wanting to push the envelope during my exercises. She took the time to discuss what area and reason each exercise was being used to treat my moving problem/pain. Fantastic job and worthwhile using BenchMark. Thanks to all and will for sure be back when needed.
