I have used BenchMark for my back problems several times thru out the years. Ms. Haley was my therapist and was extra special in many ways. I was not the best patient for her due to my high expectations and wanting to push the envelope during my exercises. She took the time to discuss what area and reason each exercise was being used to treat my moving problem/pain. Fantastic job and worthwhile using BenchMark. Thanks to all and will for sure be back when needed.
