Would highly recommend this place. I feel like I am having excellent results. With a broken hip and ruptured Achilles they have there work cut out and I am very pleased with my progress! Their front desk lady is so pleasant and calls you by name, never seen anything but pleasantries from her. A rare gem in the customer service these days
Very disappointed in the way my treatment was interrupted. I had an appointment with Nicole. The worker stated she is not here. I turned to leave another worker said Nicole last day was last Thursday. I will be your therapist.I sat down for a minute but left. Benchmark don’t care about my treatment and my relationship with my therapist. A whole new staff was there. Nicole did her job and had me on a road to recovery . UPDATE, I went to therapy today, to find out Nicole is no longer there. I am very confused, because I just saw her Thursday. The atmosphere is completely different. The person filling in wanted to do the same exercises that made my injuries drastically worst. I cut my therapy short today. And cancelled my future appointments.
