LOVED how down to earth the therapists are and loved seeing them engage with other clients..My therapist was Veronica and she was very good and great listener! I also worked with Jake who was also great and knew how to really make you get that work in!
I want to thank the entire staff at the Thurston branch of Benchmark. I felt sincerely welcomed from the moment I first walked in. Jake Goodspeed was my PT and I believe he is responsible for my rapid recovery from my shoulder surgery. After my first couple of visits, I felt I "wanted" to go for appointments, not have to. I had a great time with the staff. I'm looking forward to getting hurt again so I can return! (just kidding).
After getting my knee replaced at 69, I did my Physical Therapy at Benchmark for a full 3 months, twice a week. Jake and Kelsie were so awesome, giving me the encouragement I needed to work through the pain of recovery and doing the proper exercises to gain back my full mobility. All with an uplifting sense of humor and cheerfulness. If I ever need Physical Therapy again for any reaaon, Benchmark will be my first choice. Thank you to the whole staff for all you do.

I had an excellent experience with the Thurston BenchMark team. I thought my chronic pain was assessed thoroughly, and I was given pain mitigation methods and strengthening work to help reduce pain and hopefully avoid situations where I might induce it. And, the team was cordial, fun to work with, and always informative. It was an excellent experience all around.
