My therapist Michelle is the best! For years I've suffered pain in my hips and lower back. She took the time online to see my issues and give me the correct exercise. Office therapy has never worked. I now am feeling relief from my pain in lower back. Her program has truly worked for me and is easy enough to do. I look forward to my next visits every time. Thank you so much Michelle.
I found out I don't have to live with the pain! Benchmark at Thurston was who I chose for recovery with my knee replacement. I had been immobile for a very long time and wasn't sure what to expect. The therapists really listened and understood my circumstances.They are knowledgeable and professional and the atmosphere is comfortable. I found myself looking forward to therapy. Now that I'm released for my knee I'm going to continue to strengthen my body with their help.
Therapists see more than one patient at a time. I didn't like that. All treatment is done in a room the size of a barbershop. It's rather loud. The therapists chat and laugh among themselves. They play music (country, pop). This seems to work for most of their patients. I've had lots of PT and this was a unique experience for me. I did not care for it.
The front staff (Melissa and Jordan) have always been so polite and helpful. The physical therapist were knowledgeable, supportive and positive. Garrett was a great therapist. He was always there with a smile on his face and explained why I was doing something.
