The people are not that bad with their manners considering the way the woke and Democrats are these days. They believe that no matter who and what your illnesses they can fix you as long as you do as you're told.. I think the worst part other places they do not clean any of their tables so the last person who laid there you're putting your face in their sweat. Or whatever else they left. Their parking lot has become dirty and unsafe.
Staff is excellent! but corporate structure is predatory. If a train derails preventing you from making it to your appointment they charge you, but when they've given you an appointment and you've shown up to find theyve made a scheduling mistake, or are overworked, youre not reciprocated. Multiple times they gave me a date and time and when I arrived the appointment was missing or moved.
I cannot say enough good about Jake and the entire staff at Benchmark. After injuring my Achilles in July 2023 and the subsequent cast and then boot, I was sent to Benchmark in Thurston. When I first arrived, it seemed like a completely different approach than any other Physical Therapy I had heard about. I had always heard you went into a room with a therapist, they showed you some things to do and essentially sent you home.
