I felt and moved better after EVERY appointment! Jake is an amazing therapist!
I had an excellent experience with the Thurston BenchMark team. I thought my chronic pain was assessed thoroughly, and I was given pain mitigation methods and strengthening work to help reduce pain and hopefully avoid situations where I might induce it. And, the team was cordial, fun to work with, and always informative. It was an excellent experience all around.
There are too many people in there at once. They are working on 1-2 other people while they work on you. The place has been crowded every time I've gone in there. The employees spend a lot of time chit chatting among themselves.
Jake, Derrick and I feel bad for not knowing her name but the newer girl there have all been amazing. I've been seen here for different injuries I've sustained over the years and each time they have taken care of me and helped me get back to normal in a very short amount of time.
