Be warned to check your insurance BEFORE going because they won't check it before the appointment unless you ask them to. Even though they said they took our insurance, they don't and apparently the clinicians arent capable of ensuring proper insurance. Got not notification or anything about the appointment bc they had input the name incorrectly. Deanne and Lauren are excellent professionals PT Therapists! They understood my issues, suggested appropriate exercises, provided specific massage, and followed up to discover potential causes for my issues. The whole office is friendly and sets the tone for the patients as a welcoming, professional space.
I had a bad case of vertigo and Results PT got me in right away. I was very impressed with the staff. Deanna’s knowledge and techniques to help me get better were outstanding. I definitely will go back for any issues I may have in the future. Thanks so much for your care and exceptional service.
