felt comfortable the very first day. they listened to me and what I needed help with. they helped me with building my self confidence. therapist were very hands on, watching as I did my tasks and correcting my tempo (I have a tendency to go too fast). I have been other places and by far got more from these guys than the others. I would highly recommend this facility and its staff. thanks !
It was easy to get appointments, everyone was very helpful and kind. Dylan and his PT staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. They got me back in my feet within a couple of weeks. They sent me home with home PT and it was great.
The staff at Benchmark in Burgaw did a great job getting me back to feeling good again due to a shoulder injury that has been bothering me for years before. I can lift heavy again with no pain. The facility is clean, and organized. If I need PT again, I know I am going back to the same place. Thank you Dylan, and team!!!!!!!

The Benchmark staff was friendly and professional. The facility was clean and well maintained. The equipment was also in good shape. They used several different techniques to help me get back on track and the use of my shoulder. I would highly recommend the Burgaw team.
