I had my first visit today and I’m very impressed with the location in Hoschton @Traditions.. The front ladies were so welcoming and helpful with the whole process. Going in I had heard horror stories about how painful the PT would be. Then I met my PT Sarah Gunter. So sweet and caring. Easy to talk to. She put me at ease right away. I know it’s not going to be an easy recovery but I do know and trust her with my care! If you need PT, this is your place!!
I had very bad experience with this PT. I had a ankle surgery and my doctor told me to go to PT and I saw a lot of good reviews about this place and even it’s near to my home. At the first impression was not that good with the lady at front (the guy was nice, but unfortunately the lady was helping me). She doesn’t smile and rude. The PT trainer, Brian was very nice and professional and I like hime a lot. I cannot understand why people left so many good reviews and gave five stars. I went here with my mom and the front lady was very rude and don't want to listen what customer asked. Every time she called to speak with someone, nobody picked up the phone and nobody responded for return call. It was nightmare to us.
Benchmark Physical Therapy at West Jackson Crossing is the best. The staff is friendly, caring, and most important, very knowledgeable in how to best address their clients needs as they work together to improve their overall health and well-being.
