Friendly staff. I was a walk-in with a simple need of some exercises to alleviate minor shoulder pain. Scheduling was about a week out. Saw an occupational therapist who listened, tested all my range of motion to get an idea of the underlying issue, then demonstrated a series of shoulder exercises. A week later im already feeling better.
