I found Benchmark Therapy to be a really good experience. They were so easy to talk to and really helped me to learn about and make improvements in my condition. I highly recommend them!!!

Benchmark in West Asheville is a wonderful clinic! I’ve been to a few PT places and this is one of my favorites. Aaron is an excellent Physical Therapist and does a great job of explaining exercises and the course of treatment. I’ve also enjoyed getting to know him over many weeks of coming 1-2 times per week! I got a referral from my PCP and insurance covers the sessions, with a minimal copay. I recommend Aaron and Benchmark highly!
