I was referred to Benchmark by my primary care physician after suffering from a month of persistent headaches. She suspected that they were linked to ongoing issues in my neck and shoulders. I started treatment 2-3 times a week in July, and I’m happy to say that I am now completely headache-free! Beth, Molly, and Mo provided amazing care, making me feel truly valued throughout the process. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10/10!
