They were professional in a comfortable atmosphere. I had a problem with my hip and it has been taken care of.I would recommend them to anyone.

I had an excellent experience at BenchMark PT. You feel like family from the first time you walk in. Patricia and Shameka were both knowledgeable, patient, and helpful - they had my shoulder fixed quickly and gave me the exercises I needed to make sure it stays healthy and pain-free. I highly recommend them if you need to go to PT!
At age 72, I hurt both shoulders working out with 10 lbs weights too quickly. Moral of the story- work out slowly and deliberately, and you'll gain more strength- and avoid muscle tares and joint damage. That said, physical therapy was in order. Benchmark in NMB is a small facility with 3-4 PT experts. You'll have a chance to workout with all of them.
