I am having a great experience at Benchmark Physical Therapy, of Columbia City, IN. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and made me feel comfortable. My therapist, Kayla, is very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. They listened to my concerns and tailored my treatment plan to my specific needs. First off just my daughter was going to Claire and her team. We have seen improvements. Then I started there for my back pain and shoulder/headache pain. Clarie did dry needling on my daughter and myself. Let me just say it is AMAZING! I was a bit nervous, but I got some relief immediately.
I was nervous at first but when I came for my appointment I really felt comfortable and the physical therapists were awesome . They work with you and make sure you’re going forward to recuperate. I would definitely recommend them . Thank you
