Therapists are great! The billing and scheduling could use help. Was billed for therapy separate from therapist. Therapist wasn’t covered by my insurance I asked for review clarification…nothing ran out of approved appoints, kicked to curb, then get two enormous bills for payment. Advised and given billing phone number for them to review and clarify, will take 5 weeks, end of that time was told take another 8-10 weeks…..still no answer. I am having a great experience at Benchmark Physical Therapy, of Columbia City, IN. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and made me feel comfortable. My therapist, Kayla, is very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. They listened to my concerns and tailored my treatment plan to my specific needs. Every one at the Columbia City office is sweet, funny, helpful, and knowledgable! I love coming to this office and I’ve seen a significant improvement in my injury site since starting here about a month ago. Thank you all!
First off just my daughter was going to Claire and her team. We have seen improvements. Then I started there for my back pain and shoulder/headache pain. Clarie did dry needling on my daughter and myself. Let me just say it is AMAZING! I was a bit nervous, but I got some relief immediately.
