The therapists at Bench Mark knew exactly how to plan the correct exercises and stretching to solve my problem, I stuck with it for many months and finally success! Pain is almost all gone and I am more steady and confident. Thank you!
Very friendly and professional, I needed help with my right leg not doing after an operation, they worked on my leg and showed copies of exercises to do in-between visits to them and to do at home. Excellent place!!!
