All staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful. They were truly concerned about my progress and outcome.
It's unfortunate that your scheduled appointments and treatment times are not truly yours, even after paying for the full hour. Patients are expected to share therapy time with others because therapists divide their attention among multiple patients. This can be frustrating. When your allotted time ends—regardless of whether you've received the necessary or requested treatment—you are informed that your session is over, and you must return another day, pay an additional copay, and endure your pain. Before finding this clinic, my hip had me Down Bad. I was skeptical that they could help, but the staff said "I can fix her (no really I can). And honestly after the first day, I was Enchanted. So, long story short, it Hits Different when you find a place in this world that gets you back to feeling like The Man.
Best physical therapy in the area! Rachel and Jessica are an amazing team. They helped me after my shoulder surgery and now I have regained range of motion and I'm able to get back to my exercise routine. PT isn't fun to say the least, but they are so friendly and positive, that you almost forget how much you don't want to be there! And I can't forget Lauren, who always greets you with a smile! I'm going to miss you all.
