Before finding this clinic, my hip had me Down Bad. I was skeptical that they could help, but the staff said "I can fix her (no really I can). And honestly after the first day, I was Enchanted. So, long story short, it Hits Different when you find a place in this world that gets you back to feeling like The Man.
Best physical therapy in the area! Rachel and Jessica are an amazing team. They helped me after my shoulder surgery and now I have regained range of motion and I'm able to get back to my exercise routine. PT isn't fun to say the least, but they are so friendly and positive, that you almost forget how much you don't want to be there! And I can't forget Lauren, who always greets you with a smile! I'm going to miss you all.
Randomly called me at 6:30am. I've never been a patient here. I haven't lived in Alabama in 4 years. Rude awakening. Wrong number. Jerks.
I absolutely LOVE Benchmark! The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend them for all of your rehab needs. They are the absolute BEST!
