My experience at Benchmark in Peachtree City, South Hwy 74 could not have been better! Alex was the most experienced and professional trainer I could have been blessed to work with. He pushed me to the limit every day and the result of his guidance and encouragement was more than I could have hoped for. Thank you Alex for helping me to strive for perfection. Benchmark in Peachtree City did a great job of helping me rehab my back injury and sciatica. Everyone was very knowledgeable and I started seeing improvement almost right away. Once I was done with the PT regimen, then sent me home with some exercises to do on my own to prevent the injury from recurring. Great job, folks! While I hope I don't have to see you again, if I need PT I know where I'll go. Thanks!!!

The facility is clean and well equipped, if a bit low-tech. Zahria and Alexis are caring professionals. I went there with pain from an irritated bicep tendon. Within a few weeks I was a new woman - pain free and ready to go back to Pilates class.
