Can’t say enough good things about the care I received from Courtney. After each visit, I left for home with less and less pain in my back. I’m confident a full recovery is coming soon. Thank you so much for helping me through.
I can’t imagine finding better therapists than at Benchmark. From the receptionist to scheduling, everything is done with courtesy and kindness. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. The therapist was/is concerned about how I am feeling and whether or not I am in pain. I have been through physical therapy numerous times for back pain and Alexis is the best there is.
5 stars at leading you on and leeching your money convincing they’ll help you find a solution. PTs see no less than 4 patients at a time (even though they charge hundreds of dollars for your visit) so their goal is giving you an extremely basic exercise routine and then setting you on that for 45 minutes so they can just chat with each other. Elderly patients I saw were often just told to walk a treadmill for their entire appointment. Go literally anywhere else for treatment.
