I was very impressed with the professionalism of the people here. They were extremely nice and informative. Alexis was great.
Editing my review: Regretfully I have to lower my review not due to the therapist but the billing and front office staff who are dishonest. My entire treatment I was paid my co payment as advised by the front office staff Pam. When I first started I recieved a letter from my insurance and was told the therapist wasn’t covered. Alexis is a true asset to this team. She has really changed my life and been a major support system both pre and post op for me for TOS. Therapist that can help alleviate tos symtpoms are very hard to come by. Whenever I have a flare up she gets me in and helps me get relief. She truely is a huge part of my recovery and listens to her patients. I had my left knee replaced January 2024. Originally Watauga Physical Therapy was where I was to have my PT done. After my first session with Watauga PT I moved my therapy to Benchmark PT. Sarah was my therapist and she totally was remarkable. She noted a potential issue concerning my Blood Pressure and contacted my PCP and my PCP adjusted my medication. I would not go anywhere else for PT other than this location. Sunshine and the crew there are the best! They helped me out so much. I truly appreciate all they did for me.
