I saw Anthony for my left hip and lower back pain. I've seen other physical therapists, in another state, for my knee replacements and they did the same exercises over and over. However, Anthony actually varied the stretches and focused on certain areas. He took the time to use a hip and spine model to show me what is going on. I looked forward to my appointments! Anthony has helped me so very much! I can now bend down to get my cat's bowl without pain!! Thank you so much!🙂

Excellent facility for physical therapy. A comfortable, friendly, caring group of professionals. Helped the arthritis in my neck arthritis tremendously. I highly recommend them.
Entire team at Vonore Benchmark PT were wonderful and very knowledgeable. In the beginning I was concerned that I would not regain my previous level of mobility. But under their guidance at the end of my sessions they brought me back to full range of motion. Great therapists. Highly recommend.
