Need to listen to your patients. Physical therapy isn’t a one way street. I’d definitely go somewhere else.

The Tyrone office specifically is not good. Therapist didn’t explain anything to me about my condition, seemed to just be going through a checklist of exercises rather than working with my specific issue, and dry needling didn’t actually hit the spots in the muscles that needed work. They cancelled an appointment on me and rescheduled me with the therapist who isn’t qualified to dry needle. They wrote down exercises that I didn’t/couldn’t do in my chart as if I did them. Benchmark Fayetteville has the best therapist ever.. I have seen people come in on canes, leave out walking. My therapist RED listens understands and makes sure you leave restored.
The facility is very neat and clean. The therapists are by far the most professional and personable young ladies. They are caring and dedicated to making you feel better.
