The staff were so knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I enjoyed all my visits. I could tell they liked their jobs.
Benchmark Physical Therapy is a very rare place in the medical field….Between 2 clients….this was our 4th time using their services….somehow they are able to create a familial atmosphere while remaining very professional….both of my clients loved going and it helped improve balance and exercises geared for their specific needs…the staff have customer service down in a way very few businesses are able to….would definitely recommend….

Had FCE and Adam Pugh was terrific. Very friendly staff and pleasant environment. Highly recommend Benchmark PT in Marion to anyone with an injury.
The staff is well trained and professional, very adept at explaining both the medical and financial aspects of treatment, and genuinely cares about their patients. If I ever need those services in the future, I'll choose Benchmark in Marion.
