Bench is a phenomenal PT place. The guy that works with me is great. He is great figure out exactly what you need and puts together a program that does it effectively and efficiently and also quickly. I've been going 4 weeks. 4 weeks ago I was a mess. I couldn't get off the table. I couldn't stand up from a chair without using hands. I couldn't get out of bed effectively. I'm accomplishing all of these with ease. I'm 90% of where I need to be. I had visited several different therapy offices over the last few years when a friend had great success with James at Benchmark. My experience exceeded my expectations. I entered therapy feeling like nothing short of another surgery would help my knee after two problematic surgeries. I was so wrong.
