James did an amazing job, would highly recommend. When I first came to him I was going doctor to doctor without pinpointing the root cause and developing a plan to tackle the underlining issue. He identified the problem, taught me the things I can do to improve, and through his sessions and the tools he gave me to work at home, it’s now a night and day difference. You would be lucky to work with him.
