Bench is a phenomenal PT place. The guy that works with me is great. He is great figure out exactly what you need and puts together a program that does it effectively and efficiently and also quickly. I've been going 4 weeks. 4 weeks ago I was a mess. I entered therapy feeling like nothing short of another surgery would help my knee after two problematic surgeries. I was so wrong.
