Absolutely fantastic people. Best care I've gotten in a while
Facility was a little small for number of clients. Seating in waiting area shouls be reserved for clients and not for friends or those accompaning clients. i was able to select the therapist i connected with the best after a couple of visits. This was very critical for me.
Talbert and the two Aprils are wonderful! April at the front desk made me feel instantly welcome, and April in the back treated me like family. Talbert has created an environment where you feel truly cared for. I highly recommend them!
I wasn’t sure when I chose this facility that I would have my needs met. Then I met Talbert and his assistant April. They changed my mind and perception of physical therapy. They both stepped up and have worked very calmly and slowly with my needs. April, PT assistant, has totally gone above and beyond. Not only has she helped my physical health she has touched my spiritual health. She has now become a friend. I will go back over and over if/ when I need PT.
Very friendly staff. My therapist was Ms. Caitlyn, whom was very knowledgeable, patient and caring. She moved but I looked forward to working with the other staff members as well.
