The staff are very friendly. They give great feedback back even when it can be hard to hear they do it was such kindness. The facility is very clean and set up extremely well. Just an all around great environment to be in.
Everyone at benchmark were very knowledgeable and caring not just for me but others that were there for physical therapy. They were kind and understanding to my needs!! Thank you to everyone at Benchmark physical therapy!!!
While working Construction I had torn my ACL, MCL and meniscus. After having surgery on my knee I was sent here for physical therapy. Already in my head about how much pain I was in and not having the strength in my leg to even lift it up. I was given the courage and push to really test myself and fully recover. The staff is super kind and very helpful. They listen to you and try their best to accommodate your issues (they do), I always had a ton of questions and they always carefully heard me out and found me a solution. PT has really helped me!! Thanks!
