The exercise program in the clinic comprised of exercises done at home and complimenting exercises using machines and clinic tools. Home exercises were simple and quick and didn’t consume my time, making it much easier to accomplish 2 sets of daily exercises on my own. The portal also sends friendly exercise reminders and also video instruction as an exercise guide. Appointments are easily made. Clinic visits are one-on-one with the therapist. I highly recommend them.
I was injured in a car accident and could barely move my head in any direction due to pain in my neck. Following my course of treatment at BenchMark, I am as good as new and couldn't be happier with my experience there. The staff is kind, supportive, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.
